Man dies while playing football
Manama : A Bahraini man died on Monday while playing football with friends in the Northern Governorate.
Kadhim Al Qaidoom, who’s a teacher and assistant principal at Na’eem Secondary Boys’ School, died because of a cardiac arrest he suffered while playing football in a private pitch in Saar on Monday night.
Attempts to save his life failed and he was pronounced dead on the spot. The deceased’s body was buried yesterday in Northern Sehla Graveyard. Hundreds of family, friends and students attended the funeral.
Family members announced that condolences could be offered at Bin Shabeeb Ma’atam (community centre) in Northern Sehla and Jerdab Ma’atam in Jerdab for women.
