The first of its kind in the Middle East region, the Isa Award for Service to Humanity was launched to honour people who have made landmark contributions that have made a deep impact in serving humanity, and to celebrate their selfless and tireless efforts to create a better world.
The prestigious award is among the multiple efforts exerted by HM the King for sake of humanity’s present and future as it adds to the Royal initiatives that have been widely acclaimed by international organisations, including the “UNESCO King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Prize for the Use of ICTs in Education” and the “King Hamad International Award for Invention”.
