Shaikh Nasser praises Nasser 10 coverage

Manama : HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa,  Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, confirmed that the press and online coverage of the 3rd Nasser bin Hamad Ramadan Sports Games (Nasser 10) is worthy of admiration for its prominent role in achieving the objectives for which the tournament was founded in supporting the Bahraini youth and sports movement and young sports talents.

Shaikh Nasser praised the interest of newspaper editors and the outstanding role played by sports supplements and the media in covering the various events of the tournament and being a key partner in the great successes achieved by the tournament since its launch.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee for the 3rd Nasser bin Hamad Sports Tournament “Nasser 10” Tawfiq Al Salehi said preparations are ongoing for the football final on Friday evening at Khalifa Sports City Football Stadium in Isa Town and the closing ceremony, noting the growing importance of the tournament in the local sports arena in addition to being one of the most successful tournaments at the regional level. 

“The tournament reflects the wise vision of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and his keen interest in attracting young Bahrainis to sports and giving them the opportunity to practice it in these tournaments, which is a suitable environment for the discovery and production of new football talent,” Tawfiq Al Salehi said.

Procedures are being put in place for the draw on the five cars in the package that Shaikh Nasser directed to be presented to the fans who attend the Nasser 10 football matches, with the sponsorship of Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo “Toyota” and Majestic Cars. “The High Organising Committee will increase the number of organisers on the gates of the entry to ensure that everyone gets tickets”, Al Salehi added that all the tickets will be entered into the final draw.
