Rashed Ismaeel Al Meer, new chairman of Solidarity Group
Manama : Solidarity Group Holding, a Takaful group, has announced the retirement of Khalid Abdulla-Janahi from the Board of Directors last week.
During a Board meeting held last Sunday Rashed Ismaeel Al Meer, Vice-Chairman, was elected as new Chairman to the Board of Directors for the current Board term and Ahmed Abdul Rahim was elected as the new Vice-Chairman. The Board of Directors has also welcomed the joining of Hassan Mahmood to the Board as a new member.
Rashed Ismaeel Al Meer, Chairman of the Board, said: “On behalf of the Board of Directors, executive management and staff of Solidarity Group, I extend my sincerest thanks and gratitude to Mr. Khalid Abdulla-Janahi for his invaluable contributions and achievements during his leadership since the Group’s inception. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
