Baker & Spice brings new definition of organic at their opening

Manama : Baker & Spice will officially open their organic kitchen to the public today at Al Aali Shopping Complex. They had organised a soft opening of their restaurant on Sunday in the presence of high profile food bloggers, restaurant owners and members of the media. 

The restaurant offers a wide range of freshly baked goods, jams and mocktails. It will also feature a live salad bar.

Baker & Spice sources all the fruits and vegetables from local organic farms. As part of supporting local farmers, Baker & Spice connect the growers directly to the consumers by organising a Weekly Farmer’s Market on their Terrace, every Friday from 8am to 1pm at their premises in Al Aali Shopping Complex.

Baker & Spice is a boutique bakery and kitchen. With several locations in Dubai and Kuwait, Baker & Spice are known for their artisan food excellence. The company curates their supply sources, gather raw ingredients, cook and bake from scratch on a daily basis.
