Pakistan School students shine in SSC
Manama : Students of Pakistan School came out with flying colours in the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) part II Examinations of 2017.
Out of a total of 272 students appeared, 235 students were successful and produced an overall pass percentage of 86.62. The result showed an enhancement of 13.62pc compared to last year (73pc).
Girls students dominated in clinching top positions and securing high marks. Overall success rate among Girls students is 89.47pc with Humanities group topping with 100pc, followed by science group with 93.55pc.
Students were congratulated during a gathering held on the school premises on Thursday evening in the presence of parents and community members.
Pakistan School Chairman Sami Ur Rehman hosted an Iftar dinner in honour of the students who clinched excellent results in the SSC II examinations. The Iftar gathering was attended by leading members of the community, Board Members, Parents, Staff and Students. Certificates of merit and prizes were given away to the students who achieved top positions in the exams.
