Seef Terraces by Dadabhai Properties on track for December finish

Manama : Bahraini real-estate pioneer Dadabhai Properties has announced that Seef Terraces, the Dadabhai Group’s latest award-winning family-focussed residential project, is progressing at a record pace with completion set for end 2017.

Located in the heart of the Seef District, the project is a 29-storey freehold tower comprising 173 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with large private terraces offering a high quality lifestyle in a neighbourhood that blends residential, commercial and leisure space.

The project is nearly 75 per cent complete as of end-June 2017. 

Work started in May 2016 and is expected to finish by December this year, ahead of schedule.

Providing a progress update, Dadabhai Noon Real Estate Managing Director Shabeer Dadabhai said, “The structure is fully ready with 80 per cent of internal works done already. Tiling and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (collectively known as MEP) have been completed to the 23rd level and internal paint works up to the 20th floor are done.”

“Work on facilities areas on the podium and rooftop level is underway,” he added.

The project’s exclusive sales agent, Pegasus Real Estate Managing Director Aziz Mithaiwala said 70 per cent of apartments have already been bought by Bahrain residents and investors from 14 different nationalities.

“Majority of the buyers are Bahrainis and local expatriates in the kingdom followed by other GCC nationals and expatriates from the wider region,” he added.

He said the project has been well-received due to the developer’s reputation, its location, award winning apartment designs and recreational facilities.
