KHCB names Al Waffer’s June winner

Manama : Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) has named Hessa Isa Mohammed as the winner of the Al Waffer account Grand Prize for the month of June, which is a monthly salary of BD 500 for ten years.

The draw took place at the headquarters of KHCB in Bahrain Financial Harbour, under the supervision of a representative from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and the presence of relevant department representatives. 

Expressing her immense pleasure at winning this valuable prize, Hessa said: “Winning this prize is like a dream, which I thank Khaleeji Commercial Bank for realizing.”

Tawfeeq Mohamed Bastaki, Acting CEO of KHCB, congratulated the lucky winner of the June draw, mentioning the extent of client interaction Al Waffer account received in its new edition for 2017.

“Three grand prizes remain which are a Porsche, USD 200,000 and 1 million US Dollars. We look forward to announcing the winners in the coming months,” added Bastaki. 

The eighth edition of Al Waffer account will realize an account holding client’s dream of becoming a millionaire with the sixth grand prize for December being USD 1,000,000. As for September, the lucky winner of the fourth Grand Prize will win the luxurious Porsche Macan, while the fifth Grand Prize winner will receive USD 200,000.

The bank also announced it has reduced the minimum deposit amount from BD50 to BD25.
