Dadabhai properties wins two top awards
Manama : Seef Terraces, a development by Bahraini real estate pioneer Dadabhai Properties, has won international acclaim for Bahrain at the Africa & Arabia Property Awards, the most acclaimed industry award throughout the region.
The family-focussed residential project has been chosen the winner of two awards - the Best High-Rise Residential Development and Best Residential Development Individual Units.
The project and its developer will be honoured during a glittering gala ceremony at the JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai on the 7th September.
Commenting on the twin honours, Dadabhai Properties Managing Director Shabeer Dadabhai said, “The awards are a testament to the luxury, convenience and comfort offering of the project with a core focus on family-centric lifestyle apartments.
“Winning in the individual units category is a ringing endorsement of the meticulous planning of the apartment layouts conducive to family living and open space,” he added.
Seef Terraces features 173 apartments of varying sizes, available on a freehold basis in a 29-storey tower.
Facilities include tennis, squash and indoor basketball courts, billiards, table tennis, jogging track, outdoor landscaped play area, gymnasia, steam, sauna and Jacuzzi, an infinity pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and BBQ area on the rooftop, cinema, covered car park bays, CCTV and 24x7 security among others.
The project is nearly 80 per cent complete as of end-July, the company said.
Work started in May last year and is expected to finish by the end of December this year.
“The structure is fully ready with 80 per cent of internal works done already,” said Mr Dadabhai.
“Tiling as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and internal paint works have been completed to the 25th level.”
“While external building facade and aluminium works are underway, the facilities areas on the podium and rooftop level are taking shape,” he added.

Judging focusses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
