AGU Alumni Association launches Smart App for graduate students

Manama : The Arabian Gulf University (AGU) Alumni Association has launched its smart application for university graduates, concurrent with the upcoming 2017-2018 academic year. 

The application for mobile phones and smart devices aims to innovate means of communication with graduates which are up-to-date with the technological transformation based on smart applications. 

The inclusion of this new application to the services provided to AGU’s graduates by the Alumni Association represents a qualitative addition and a new stage in means of communication with students across countries, stated Dr. Abdulrahman Yousif Ismail, Dean of Student Affairs. 

Compatible with Apple iOS and Google Android systems, the application aims to enhance communication with graduates and to unite them under the umbrella of the Gulf. 

Since the launch of the Alumni Association in its new format, other social media channels via Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn have garnered popular interaction by graduates over the past few months. This indicates their keenness to maintain a close relationship with the university and their fellow graduates from their varying workplace locations.
