Ebdaa launches motivation programme
Manama : Al Ebdaa Bank for Microfinance has launched an ambitious programme aimed at enhancing the levels of performance and increase productivity in the Bank’s staff.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Al Ebdaa Bank for Microfinance, Dr. Khalid Al-Gazawi, said: “The new programme aims to further improve the working structure within the bank by relying on the basic wealth it possesses, namely, human capital”.
Ebdaa bank started its new programme by honouring the credit specialist at the bank’s branch in Hamad City, Mariam Sultan. The honouring ceremony was attended by the General Manager of Ebdaa Bank for Microfinance-Sudan Adel Bela
