Brave 9: Jeremy Smith to combat Ikram Aliskerov
Manama : Jeremy Smith made an important announcement in South Africa confirming his upcoming fight against Ikram Aliskerov from Russia at Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions to be held in Bahrain on November 17. Jeremy competes in the middleweight division and had previously competed in the Brave event hosted by Brazil in Curitiba.
Jeremy has returned to the sport after a life threatening car accident due to which he had to take a break from the sport. This will be for the first time the South African athlete competing in Bahrain.
Jeremy is a former EFC middleweight champion and had an unprecedented 11 fight-winning streak. Trained at the American top team, he has won fight of the night three times.
Ikram Aliskerov has an unbeaten record winning all his four fights in his career. The athlete from Russia is a highly proficient wrestler and a well adept striker.
Brave 9 will be held in the Khalifa Sports City in Isa Town as a part of 2017 Brave International Combat Week.
The Brave International Combat Week also hosts 2017 IMMAF World Championships, under the patronage of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman, and BOC President.
