Erik Carlsson to face Ahmed Amir
Manama : Major mixed martial arts talent from Sweden, Erik Carlsson will face Ahmed Amir at Brave in Bahrain. Ahmed Amir made his name in the sport by defeating Richie Martinez from USA against overwhelming odds, followed by Kevin Koldobsky who is trained by the same coach as Conor McGregor.
The bout will take place on November 17th, at Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions, during the International Combat Week.
Erik Carlsson is coming out of a dominating victory after viciously knocking out Gadzhimusa Gaziev with a knee to the body at Brave 6: Kazakhstan.
Brave 9, which is held under the patronage of HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and Honourary President of BMMAF, will showcase the largest Mixed Martial Arts weekend ever held in Asia.
The International Combat Week will also feature the IMMAF World Championships, under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
