Bahrain-Merida coach lectures on specific elements
Manama : Bahrain Merida Cycling Team Director and Coach Vladimir Miholjevic has delivered a lecture on the specific elements of cycling training and general rules in the daily diet at the Media Lounge of the Bahrain National Stadium.
It was attended by many cyclists from Bahrain and outside the Kingdom. Miholjevic providing explanation of all specific elements in cycling training such as resistance, TT rhythm, power training, the max explosive power training and change of the rhythm in the climb, covering at the same time the specific rules in the daily cyclist diet, including examples of the daily energy consumption calculation for cyclists on the base of the test and proportional dosage of the nutrients.
