Batelco renews its Cisco partner status

Manama : Batelco, Bahrain’s leading digital communication solutions provider announced that it renewed its Cisco Gold Certification status with a very strong line-up of specialisations that positions Batelco as a leader in the local ICT market. 

To maintain the highly acclaimed accreditation, Batelco said it would continue to meet rigorous standards set forth by Cisco in Technical competency, service & support and customer satisfaction. 

The Cisco Channel Partner Programme provides a framework for partners to build the sales, technical and Cisco Lifecycle Services skills required to deliver Cisco solutions to end customers. 

Through the program’s specializations and certifications, Cisco recognizes a partner’s expertise in deploying solutions based on Cisco advanced technologies and services. 

Using a third-party audit process, the programme validates a partner’s technology skills, business practices, customer satisfaction, presales and post-sales support capabilities, and other critical factors that customers consider when choosing a trusted partner.
