CSB issues instructions on manpower expenditure
Manama : Civil Service Bureau(CSB) President, Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed, issued Civil Service Instructions 5/2017 for regulating, managing, implementing and controlling the manpower expenditure budget of the governmental entities for the fiscal years 2017-2018.
The instruction is in line with the financial regulations to manage, implement and control of the government’s general budget, which was promulgated by Law 20/2017 on adopting the government’s general budget for the fiscal years 2017-2018.
CSB president explained that these instructions addressed several important and sensitive areas in order to enhance and raise productivity for both employee and government entity, with regard to controlling administrative expansion, the directives emphasized towards re-engineering and simplifying administrative procedures, systems and processes in order to provide fast, high-quality, low-cost government services.
