IMMAF 2017: Cutmen confirmed

Manama : International Mixed Martial Arts Federation has announced the final list of internationally certified Cutmen, who are confirmed for the World Championships held in Bahrain. 

2017 IMMAF World Championships will take place at Khalifa Sports City Arena from 12 to 19 November, as part of Brave International Combat Week. 

Bahrain is the only nation other than the United States of America to host the World Championships for Amateur Mixed martial Arts. Fighters are expected from approximately 40 nations during the
week.

Cutmen ensure the safety of the athletes during the bout and tend to the fighter between the rounds. Throughout the world championships the cuts team will be supervised by Joseph Clifford and the longest serving cutman to the UFC, Bob Plant. The team will also be responsible for athlete hand wrapping.

Nine global graduates of official IMMAF certification have been selected from across six IMMAF member nations.
