New projects to be unveiled at ‘Invest in Bahrain’ forum

Manama : The 12th edition of “Invest in Bahrain 2017” will see the launch of new projects by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. 

The forum will be held on 31st this month under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister. 

Announcing the decision, the Ministry, in a statement, said that it would showcase many investment opportunities prepared in cooperation with GOIC during the forum. 

The ministry will also hold presentations on infrastructure projects and investment opportunities in E-commerce and information technology in the Kingdom. Besides, an Entrepreneur Exhibition to promote partnerships between entrepreneurs from around the world and to develop small and medium enterprises will be held.

This year the forum coincides with the World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum 2017, which is organised by the UNIDO. 

This investment forum, the ministry said, has been a significant success in its previous version with participation of a large number of officials, businessmen and foreign delegates.

Invest in Bahrain Forum is one of the most important economic events that represent national strategic cooperation to promote investment in the Kingdom of Bahrain since its launch in 2004.
