Shaikh Nasser directs organising Faisal Bin Hamad Arabian horse race

His Majesty the King’s Representative for Charity and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman, Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President and Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) Honorary President HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has directed the federation to organise the Late HH Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa Arabian Horseshow on April 29 and 30 at the BDF Equestrian Centre in Sakhir.

On the occasion, Shaikh Nasser highlighted the success of the previous show held in February, noting that owners and breeders expressed their hope for organising more similar events in Bahrain.

Shaikh Nasser confirmed his constant concern about horse shows and equestrian events, adding that his directives to the federation to organise the event comes to enrich this sport in Bahrain.

Confirming the popularity of the Late HH Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa Arabian Horseshow, he said the event has become one of the main horse shows, as it combines the beauty, genuineness and strength of the participating horses and pointed out the high turnout in previous editions and the good reputation it has gained.

Breef Assistant Undersecretary Dr Khalid Ahmed Hassan confirmed that the organising committee is following the directives of Shaikh Nasser to ensure the success of the show, adding that the show is an opportunity to demonstrate the high technical levels attained by Bahraini breeders in producing genuine Arabian horses.
