MMA officials visit schools to promote sports

Manama : Officials from Bahrain Mixed Martial Arts Federation and Brave Combat Federation held awareness campaigns in schools to promote the benefits of sports and healthy lifestyle for the holistic development of the youth. Indian school, Pakistan School, Philippines School were visited by the officials. 

The positive impact of sports and health for students were explained alongside demonstrations in self defence. 

Myriam Zitouni from Women’s Self Defence Academy, Hari Bhagirath, Chief Creative Officer of Brave Combat Federation and Abhilash Vijay, Director of Marketing of Brave Combat Federation visited the schools.

Various aspects of combat sports, employment opportunities and the emerging role of the Kingdom of Bahrain as a global leader in sports media was elaborated to the students. Exclusive tickets and merchandise were distributed to students to visit the venue and to explore details of the event.

Bahrain will be hosting one of the largest combat sports festival in Asia during 12 November and 19 November which includes 2017 IMMAF World Championships which is the largest World Championships held till date.
