Brave Jordan is happening: El Silawi

Manama : Jarrah El-Silawi, MMA fighter, confirmed that he made his request to His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa to allow Brave Combat Federation in Jordan.

Jarrah who is popularly known as “The Jordanian Lion” was finally able to get his rematch against Carl Booth at Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions in Bahrain.

Jarrah El-Silawi was able to get his revenge almost 3 years afterwards by defeating his adversary via unanimous decision at Brave 9.

The new statement is a huge transition for the growth of sports media in Middle East. Brave Combat Federation has already travelled across to six nations and hosted events.

Adding more nations into the portfolio will significantly increase the global reach and popularity of the sport as well as the global attention that the Kingdom is receiving.

The business model of reaching out to nations and economy through sports had been highly acclaimed. El-Silawi celebrated his victory reaching out to Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa to request to bring Brave Combat Federation to Jordan.

Without hesitation, Shaikh Khalid accepted El-Silawi’s request and promised that Brave Combat Federation will have an event in Jordan soon.

“I had this in mind before entering the fight. I wanted to settle the scores with Booth, make a statement and request this favour from Shaikh Khalid. His Highness is transforming Middle East as a powerhouse for International combat sports. In a year’s time, Arab fighters became some of the most respected athletes. Arab mixed martial artists are indebted to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalid,” said Jarrah.
