Join hands to create a new era for the China-Bahrain friendly cooperative relations

Welcome all of you to join us to witness the significant historical moment of the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of the New Building of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Bahrain. 

On this important auspicious occasion, on behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Bahrain, I would like to extend the warm greetings and the heartfelt thanks to all the friends who offer great support and make sufficient efforts to the China-Bahrain friendly cooperative relations and the preparation of the launch of the New Building of the Embassy of China in Bahrain.

28 years ago, China and Bahrain established diplomatic ties. Today, the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of the Chinese Embassy in Bahrain indicates that China attaches great importance to strengthening the friendly ties with Bahrain and firmly makes commitments to further enhancing the comprehensive mutual beneficial cooperation with Bahrain. 

We hope and believe that with the great support and assistance from the government of China and Bahrain, the New Building of the Chinese Embassy will definitely become a new symbol of  combination of modern China with 5000 years of history and splendid culture, a new window for Bahraini friends to learn about the Chinese bright and brilliant civilization and modern development, a new bridge to deepen China-Bahrain traditional friendship and enhancing our two countries’ pragmatic cooperation, a new platform to provide high quality consular services to overseas Chinese in Bahrain and Bahraini friends in all aspects, and also a new landmark to stand the charming Gulf and prosperous commercial city center of Manama.

Under the leadership of the newly elected Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with the Secretary-General Xi Jinping as the core, Chinese people is confident to stride into a new era of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Bahrain is also actively pushing forward to realize Economic Vision 2030. I believe that under the guidance of leaders of our two countries and with the joint efforts of our two peoples, the comprehensive pragmatic cooperation and friendly relations between China and Bahrain will definitely have brighter prospects.
