Manama : BNP Paribas recently agreed terms with Financial Centre Development Company for a new 5-year lease over 4,211 sq m of office space in Harbour Towers - West within Bahrain Financial Harbour.

This decision followed a comprehensive review of their existing business and its occupational requirements for the MENA, Sub-Saharan and Gulf Regions. This cements BNP Paribas decision to maintain their regional Head Office in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

BNP Paribas have since committed to substantial new investment in the form of a new office fit out to enable their 350 staff based in Bahrain to more efficiently use and occupy their office space.

Jacques Michel BNP Paribas’ Head of Middle East & Africa said, “Functioning as our Head Office for the Middle East and Africa, the location and facilities of Harbour Towers within Bahrain Financial Harbour have been of great importance to the level of service we are able to offer to our clients and employees in today’s changing
world..”

Angus Campbell Financial Centre Development Company’s CEO said “Harbour Towers has already attracted a significant number of new tenants who collectively have leased over 24,000 sq m of space over the last 3 years. This has been possible by being more responsive to occupier requirements as well as being highly professional and offering greater transparency.”
