Houses for fifty Bahraini women

Manama : Fifty Bahraini women on waiting lists will be provided housing services marking Bahraini Women’s Day, which falls on December 1.

The minister paid tribute to Bahraini women, describing them as an essential partner in society and a key pillar of the development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa. He extended congratulations to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), hailing her crucial role in supporting and empowering women.

Pledging to continue supporting and empowering women through the equal opportunity unit, the minister said that women on the housing waiting list were provided 1474 services, including housing units, flats, temporary apartments, funding packages and land plots.
