Driver arrested for injuring Bahraini pedestrian
Manama : Traffic Police yesterday arrested an Asian driver involved in a traffic accident in which a Bahraini pedestrian was injured last week.
The General Directorate of Traffic confirmed in a tweet through the ministry’s official Twitter page that the driver was an Asian national and that pedestrian was an elderly citizen.
The directorate explained that the accident occurred while the pedestrian was crossing the road last Wednesday, without revealing any further details.
