Cyborg has high praise for Brave
Manama : Brave Combat Federation unfolded a historic event this past month in Bahrain and praises are flooding in from all over the world. The latest name to praise the promotion and KHK MMA is UFC Women’s Featherweight Champion Cris Cyborg. Ahead of her UFC title fight with Holly Holm at UFC 219, Cyborg expressed her outlook about the Bahraini MMA Promotion.
Cyborg said that Brave Combat Federation will help the sport grow in GCC and MENA region. “I think the success BRAVE Combat Federation is having will only help grow the sport of Mixed Martial Arts in the GCC and MENA regions. I like the initiative His Highness Shaikh Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa has taken in helping pioneer the sport in a region with so many athletes ready to compete.”
Bahrain recently hosted the International Combat Week which saw participation from more than fifty countries. The week was concluded with Brave 9: The Kingdom of champions where two new promotional champions were crowned.
