Bahrain condemns terrorist attack on El Arish Airport
Manama : Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on El Arish International Airport, Egypt, which resulted in the death of an officer and the wounding of two others.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement offered its deep condolences to the family of the victims and wishes of a speedy recovery to the injured.
The Ministry stressed Bahrain's firm support to Egypt and to its relentless efforts to confront violence and terrorism in all its forms.
It also praised Egypt's constant efforts to consolidate security and peace and provide all means of stability for citizens and residents, stressing the need for closer international cooperation and concerted efforts aimed at eradicating terrorism regardless of its forms or motives.
