Indian School Bahrain bids farewell to class XII
The students, staff and management of the Indian School Bahrain (ISB) bid farewell to the outgoing students of class XII yesterday.
The farewell was organized by class XI students, who gave their best wishes to their seniors.
The farewell party was celebrated with fervour at the school campus. It was an occasion for the outgoing students to look back at the time that they spent in the campus and the quality education that they acquired during the period.
ISB Chairman Prince S Natarajan inaugurated the programme in the presence of EC Member Jayafar Maidani, Principal VR Palaniswamy, Head Boy Shobhit Dronamraju, Head Girl Simreen Kaur, Staff Representative Priya Laji and Johnson K Devassy.
ISB Chairman Prince S Natarajan wished the students good luck. ‘I am proud of your many achievements over the years, your various accomplishments in almost all curriculum and extra curriculum activities. Your brilliant achievements in academic discourse and in sports are indeed acknowledged’, Prince S Natarajan said.
Principal VR Palaniswamy said that this was one of the best batches of class XII in recent times and wished them all success in their higher studies. ‘I hope the outgoing students will bring laurels to the school after the results’, VR Palaniswamy said.
A special cultural programme and different songs was organized by class XI students. The program got off to a start with a welcome song by the juniors in honour of the seniors. Thereafter, there was a spate of dance, music and laughter as the hosts impressed with the showcasing of their vast repository of skills.
