Indian School Bahrain hand over meeting held
Manama : An official handover ceremony took place at the Indian School Bahrain (ISB) on Thursday in which Prince S Natarajan assumed office as the Honorary Chairman of the ISB Executive Committee for the year 2017-2020.
Saji Antony will be the new Honorary Secretary of the Indian School. Binu Mannil Varughese is the new EC Member in charge of Finance. Mohammad Khursheed Alam will be the continuity member in the new Executive Committee. The other elected members of the EC are Premalatha N.S, Rajesh Mukkadekattu N, Jayafar Maidani, Ajayakrishnan V.
The Indian School Executive Committee (EC) consists of seven elected members, a Staff Representative, three Education Ministry Nominees, a Continuity Member, a Ministry Observer and the Principal.
Johnson K Devassy, a senior Post Graduate Teacher in the ISB English Department, was elected for the post of Staff Representative. Other portfolios for the new members will be allocated later, ISB Chairman Prince S Natarajan said.
