NIHR launches questionnaire

ManamaThe National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) has launched a questionnaire to evaluate its services related to the mechanism of receipt of complaints and assistance and training requests to ensure that they are in accordance with best practices followed by the providers of services to the public.

The NIHR said that the move was within its strategic plan for 2018.

Through the questionnaire, the NIHR aims to gain more confidence and to strengthen its relationship with the citizens and residents in the Kingdom of Bahrain to achieve a real community partnership, NIHR Secretary-General Dr. Khalifa bin Ali Al-Fadhel said.

It is also in line with the NIHR’s keenness to facilitating the collection of the relevant information and statistics in order to improve the quality of the services rights body is providing. 

The NIHR receives complaints and requests for assistance through personal reports, toll-free hotline (80001144), e-mail (www.nihr.org.bh) or smartphone application (NIHR Bahrain).
