BBK honours annual awards winners
Manama : BBK presented awards to the winners of its 2017 Annual Awards during the Bank’s Annual Dinner held on the 11th of January 2018 at the Gulf Hotel. These Annual Awards are part of the Bank’s Employee Recognition Programme ‘ERP’.
The programme rewards BBK employees who have either demonstrated exceptional performance or who have made significant contributions in a number of specific areas, such as leadership, team work, sales and women empowerment.
Reyadh Sater BBK Chief Executive presented:
Chief Executive Award for Distinguished Achievement to Ebrahim Mashal from Corporate Banking,
Chief Executive Award for Excellence in Leadership to Salman Al Hasan from International Banking
Chief Executive Award for Women Empowerment to The Women Empowerment Committee members. The winners are Hassaan Burshaid General Manager of Human Resources & Administration Group, Najwa Al Ahmed Department Head of Human Resources, Muna Al Sayed Unit Head Internal Audit of Information Technology, Nadeen Al Shirawi Department Head of Compliance and MLRO, Rafa Kaddoura Department Head of Corporate Communication and Mohamed Zainalabedin Department Head of Business Support.
Outstanding employees (Retail Banking)
Ammar Al-Gallaf - Best Teller, Hussain Mohd - Best Sales Consultant, Hussain Abdulla - Best Customer Service Representative and Younis Hasan - Best Team Leader, and the Hidd area branch won The Best branch Of the Year. IFRS 9 Implementation Project” team won The Best Team of the Year.
Corporate Social Responsibility award
The award was handed over to volunteers who were categorized as ‘Gold Volunteers’ in InJaz programmes. Winners are Ammar Rajeb from Information Technology, Narjis Aseeri form Risk, Credit & Compliance and Salman Saffy from Retail Banking.
