Foreign minister takes part in EDB breakfast seminar
Davos : The comprehensive and multi-level development taking place in the Kingdom reflects its efforts to boost partnership and bilateral cooperation with allies, said Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
Speaking during a breakfast Seminar, organised by the Economic Development Board (EDB) on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, the Minister ascribed the progress to Kingdom’s constructive openness and fruitful interaction with the International community.
“Cooperation between Bahrain and world countries is witnessing remarkable progress thanks to the efforts of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister,” said Shaikh Khalid.
The seminar was held in the presence of EDB Chief Executive, Khalid Al Rumaihi, and a number of top businessmen from around the world.
During the symposium, Khalid Al Rumaihi and the participants reviewed economic cooperation and the many investment opportunities that have been made available in Bahrain and the GCC countries.
