GPIC appoints new Finance Manager
Manama : Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) yesterday named Jihad Khalfan as it new Finance Manager, effective February 1. He will be replacing Adel Abdulmalik, who retires this month.
GPIC President Dr. Abdulrahman Jawahery congratulated Khalfan on this appointment and expressed confidence in his management capabilities,.
Khalfan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Edward in the United States, in addition to being a Certified Management Accountant from the American Institute of Management Accountants. He joined the company in 2005 and has held several supervisory positions. He has also attended several advanced courses in management and leadership in Bahrain and abroad.
