HH Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa named Voluntary Work Personality 2017

Manama : Her Highness Shaikh Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of INJAZBahrain Foundation, was conferred the Award of Social Responsibility Personality for the Year2017 by the Regional Social Responsibility Network.

Her Highness has been honoured in recognition of her key contributions locally and globally beyond for her humanitarian, developmental and educational activities over more than two decades. Her Highness has been a remarkably active member of the Supreme Council of Women led by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council of Women (SCW), in all of its women- and youth-empowering initiatives, developmental projects aimed to boost voluntary youth activism and community stability culminating in Bahrain’s attainment of its prestigious status on the regional and international map of voluntary work thanks to the efforts and giving of early pioneers who spent a lifetime in serving their nation in various fields.

The award is given by the Regional Social Responsibility Network to outstanding leaders of voluntary work for their contributions in their home countries’ communities.
