KFH presents BD200,000 to CPISP
Manama : Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH Bahrain) handed over a cheque for BD200,000 to the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Programme (CPISP) affirming continuous support to education and training programmes aimed at youth and human capital development.
The donation forms part of KFH Bahrain’s overall BHD1 million contribution to the programme as a platinum category sponsor.
Managing Director and CEO of Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH Bahrain), Abdulhakeem Al Khayyat presented the cheque to the Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs at the Court of the Crown Prince, Board Member and Head of the Financial and Administrative Committee of the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Programme (CPISP), Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa.
Al Khayyat affirmed KFH Bahrain’s continued support to CPISP and praised His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for his enduring commitment to education and training programmes aimed at youth and human capital development
Shaikh Mohammed thanked Al Khayyat for the generous donation, highlighting that the contributions from KFH Bahrain and other programme sponsors are essential to enabling CPISP to continue meeting its objectives
CPISP, Shaikh Mohammed said, will continue to offer the best educational opportunities to outstanding Bahraini students, preparing them for the job market and providing them with the skills to contribute to Bahrain’s long-term development
Other attendees at the meeting included Yousif Al Hammadi, Executive Manager, Financial Control, Administration and HR at KFH Bahrain, Dr Cynthia Gessling, Director at CPISP, and Ms Shatha Ahmed Ali, Head of Administrative, Financial, and Student Affairs at CPISP.
