Bahrain supports all efforts to fight terrorism: Al Doseri
Manama : Assistant Foreign Minister, Abdulla bin Faisal bin Jabur Al Doseri yesterday affirmed Bahrain’s full support to all regional and international efforts to fight terrorism, which threatens the safety and stability of the region.
This came as he held a meeting with Head of the EU Delegation Michele Cervone and his accompanying delegation in Bahrain on an official visit.
Bahrain, Al Doseri said, will cooperate with international partners including the European Union to strengthen efforts to eliminate the sources of terrorism and its funding.
The Assistant Foreign Minister briefed the visiting delegation on Bahrain’s achievements in the field of protection of human rights in the Kingdom. The Head of the EU Delegation praised the continuous cooperation and coordination between Bahrain and the European Union in various fields.
Michele Cervone affirmed that enhancing this cooperation will enhance the level of bilateral joint work, highlighting the efforts exerted by the Kingdom in achieving peace and security in the region.
