He further emphasised the benefits of being healthy and safe with illness.  Aruldas Thomas, ICRF Chairman, Bhagwan Asarporta, Mehru Vesuvala, General Secretary of ICRF, Dr Babu Ramachandran, Vice Chairman of ICRF, John Philip, Medical Camp Coordinator ICRF and other ICRF volunteers were present during the camp.

Apart from regular medical camps, ICRF extends support to help the needy Indian workers in Bahrain.  During January 2018 ICRF provided food provisions to labourers in two labour camps who were not receiving their salary for months.  ICRF helped distribute 200 blankets to labourers in central markets and in two other labour camps as well as shifted 44 workers to a temporary shelter with the help of Indian Embassy when they were locked out of their accommodation by their employer.  ICRF in coordination with the Indian Embassy arranged emergency assistance and helped for their smooth exit from Bahrain.  ICRF also provided emergency cash assistance for these labourers.
