Bahrain-UN cooperation hailed
Manama : His Majesty King bin Isa Al-Khalifa has hailed the cooperation binding the Kingdom and the United Nations, particularly in environment field. He reiterated Bahrain’s keenness on bolstering cooperation with the UN agencies in its development march. He made the statement as he received the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme, Erik Solheim, who conveyed greetings from UN Secretary-General António Guterres, who wished the people of Bahrain progress and prosperity.
