Bahrain to host first carrom tournament from March 30-31
Manama : Over 100 Carrom enthusiasts have already registered for the country’s first-ever Carrom Tournament to be held on March 30 and 31.
Organised by Out of the Box, an events management company, the tournament will be held at Ramli mall in A’Ali.
“We want to educate the new generation about this wonderful game,” said Salman Yousuf, the event organiser.
The tournament aims at providing carrom players with a platform to showcase their skills and passion for the century-old sport.
“I feel honoured to be a part of this initiative and event,” Salman Yousuf.
With $500 as prize money, the event will be held from 5 pm to 10 pm. Interested participants can call or WhatsApp on 33259981 for registration.
