Shaikh Nasser: Zero tolerance to sedition
Manama : Any malicious attempts on social media to sow sedition by disseminating fallacies and rumours require a decisive stand against suspicious calls to undermine the strong and deep-rooted relationship between the Leadership and the Bahraini people, said Brigadier His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Commander of the Royal Guard, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee.
HH Shaikh Nasser called on all citizens to ignore the tendentious social media accounts as well as the rumours and fallacies posted on them to defame the Kingdom’s leadership and people. His Highness underlined the need for the authorities to deal firmly with all attempts to jeopardise civil peace and sow discord. His Highness also pledged zero tolerance of any attempt to tamper with the pillars of the state, defame the Leadership and spread fallacies and rumours.
