Endurance team triumphs in France
Manama : Bahrain Royal Endurance Team member Ali Al Subaie has qualified for the 2018 World Cup in the US by registering win in the International Endurance Race of Fontainebleau which was held in France.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee Captain of Bahrain Royal Endurance Team, hailed the achievement.
Shaikh Nasser stressed that Al Subaie’s result confirms the clear strategy which Bahrain Royal Endurance Team is following which aims at participating in top international championships.
HH Shaikh Nasser also expressed his satisfaction with the result achieved by Shaikha Najla bint Saqer Al Khalifa who finished fourth in the women’s category of the International Endurance Race of Fontainebleau.
It’s worth noting that this was Shaikha Najla’s debut participation in a European competition.
Moreover, HH Shaikh Nasser valued the efforts of Shaikh Salman bin Saqer Al Khalifa and his keenness to train her to achieve great results.
