BKIC increases its ownership in “Takaful International”

Manama : Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company (BKIC) announced that it has completed the purchase of 1,112,500 shares of Takaful International Company with a total value of BD 94,563. Therefore, the ownership of the major shareholder (BKIC) in Takaful International after the execution of this transaction increased from 67.28 per cent to 69.06pc of the paid-up capital.
