Kids-friendly F1 village vending area

One of the major highlights at the Formula 1 Village vending area this year is the tent set up for young children, providing parents relieve as the Bahrain Grand Prix is able to cater to family members of all ages. 

The marquee consists of four zones which consist of a range of continuous activities throughout the day till Sunday, April8. This includes circus shows, theatres showcasing popular fairy tales, playgrounds, Candyland zone, bubble making, colouring area and so much more.

Speaking to DT News, Alisa Shafay who was visiting the tent with her two daughters said it has brought great joy to her girls. “It is really good the management has setup a tent as it helps to give the young ones a cool environment, protecting from the heat as well as blocks the loud noise of the race cars on track. We are definitely having a great time.”

Among the range of activities visitors can enjoy at the tent include shows by the ‘James and Murphy Productions’, some magic bubble acts and creation at the ‘Bubble Workshop’, as well as enjoy some crazy acts by the multi-award winning magician ‘Pop the Balloon Man’.

Marky Jay, one of the UK’s top comedy jugglers, is also present at the venue as he combines quick wit and dazzling acts to bring smiles to all visitors. “I have been doing this for years and I will continue to do so, Bahrain is such a lovely place with such warm people who are really appreciating my acts. It is going to be great to do this till the last day of the Bahrain Grand Prix 2018,” he said.
