Hosting Brave to boost local economy

Manama : Belo Horizonte is set to welcome Bahrain’s Brave Combat Federation to Brazil for the third time. The eleventh edition of Brave Combat Federation will be hosted by the sixth largest city in Brazil, which is also the first planned modern city in Brazil. 

Belo Horizonte serves as the capital of the state of Minas Gerais and is one of the economic axis which also attracts tourists from around the world. 

Belo Horizonte was one of the host cities of the 1950 and the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

The event marks the return of the Bahrain based Mixed Martial Arts promotion to Brazil for the first time in 2018. 

Apart from providing an opportunity for the local talent from Brazil to showcase their skills on a global platform, Brave Combat Federation also supports talent from the Middle East to compete overseas. 

Apart from the ticket sales, multiple local business have aligned to render their services for the Bahrain based sports media property. 

The ongoing fight week has also attracted visitors from the near by states to visit Belo Horizonte, thereby increasing demand for the hospitality industry and services.

Athletes set in for official weigh-ins

Brave Combat Federation has announced that the public weigh-ins will tae place on April 12, 2018 at the Ouro Minas Palace Hotel, Belo Horizonte. 

The public weigh-ins will be live streamed online and across the official social media pages. The fight card features two championship title fights in the lightweight and light-heavyweight division.
