Manama : Chairman of Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat), Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, expressed delight in launching his new book "The Qatari aggression against Al-Dibil in 1986" at Al-Ahram Foundation headquarters in Cairo, in the presence of intellectuals, diplomats and media figures.
In his speech at the the inauguration ceremony, Derasat Chairman said the book documents Qatar’s military attack on Fasht Al-Dibil in 1986 located in Bahrain’s territorial waters, which was a flagrant assault on a peaceful and sovereign neighboring country, which is in violation of Arab ethics, human values and international norms.
