Amwaj Rotana posts huge total

Manama : Inter Hotel Charity Cricket Tournament has witnessed the highest total in a single innings since it’s happening and breaks the previous record of 96 runs. 

Art Amwaj Rotana have scored 118 runs in allotted 6 overs with Nasir Pathan scoring a first 50 of the current tournament.

The tournament is heading towards the knock out stages in the presence of huge  crowd enjoying the games. I.H.E. ruled out Marriott Executive Apartments, ART Amwaj Rotana outweighed  Swiss-Bel, Four Season A prevailed  over Ramada Amwaj and Movenpick outclassed  Wyndham Garden in respective games. 

All of the matches were important in perspective to qualify for the knock out games. Whereas Diplomat Radisson Blu, Regency Intercontinental, Lagoona Beach and Ritz Carlton A have secured their berths in Quarter Final matches to be played on April 27.

Match 2:

ART Amwaj Rotana (118 for 4 in 6 overs) defeated Swiss-Bel (28 for all out in 5 overs) by 90 runs. Man of the Match: Nasir Pathan.

Match 3:

Four Season A ( 45 for 5 in 6 overs) defeated Ramada Amwaj( 40 for 5 in 6 overs) by 5 runs. Man of the Match: Krishna.

Match 4:

Move n Pick (57 for 2 in 6 overs) defeated Wyndham Garden (19 for all out in 4.2 overs) by 38 runs. Man of the Match: Ruwan.
