Shaikh Isa attends ‘Dawn of Storms/22’
Manama : The “Dawn of Storms/22” mobilisation exercise, carried out by the Royal Bahrain Naval Force (RBNF), concluded yesterday.
RBNF Acting Commander Commodore Mohammed Yussef Al-Asam and Captain Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended the concluding ceremony.
The drill was implemented by RBNF with the participation of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) weaponries and units, the Interior Ministry’s Coastguard and the National Guard.
The aim of such exercises is to hone the military capabilities of the participants and boost their competence by enriching their experience and field skills. The “Dawn of Storms” drill aims to enhance combat, operational and tactical readiness to handle different threats on the combat fields and provide a sound military ground to protect sea borders, combat terrorism, infiltration and sabotage.
