BAC staff recognised with Awards
Manama : Thirty exemplary Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) employees from across the organisation were recognised with Diligent Employee awards at the Bahrain Free Labour Unions Federation Labour Day celebration.
Held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the ceremony was presided over by the Minister of Labour and Social Development, Jameel Bin Mohammed Ali Hamaidan, who presented the awards in the presence of senior BAC management and Labour Union board members.
BAC Chief Executive Officer, Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah, said, “A strongly committed workforce is a vital component of the ongoing Airport Modernisation Programme, which aims to transform Bahrain International Airport into a truly modern aviation hub and grow the aviation sector’s contribution to the national economy in line with Bahrain’s Vision 2030.”
The Diligent Employee Award, which is only given to a limited number of employees in the public and private sectors each year, recognises hard working individuals who excel at their jobs and set an example for their colleagues.
