Social centre in Jidhafs gets bigger
Manama : Construction work has commenced for an additional floor to Jidhafs Cooperative Social Center, which belongs to the Ministry of Social Development, at a cost of BD343,000.
Assistant Undersecretary for Corporate Municipal Services and Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Construction Projects & Maintenance at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning Raed Mohammed Al Salah said the project aims to provide social services, child, family and elderly social care related services, and holding awareness programmes and training courses.
The additional floor, accommodating 100 persons, is to be constructed over an area of 650.00m2.
