Olympic Academy organises two day workshop
Manama : The Olympic Academy, which is under the Bahrain Olympic Committee, organized a two-day workshop with the slogan “My health.. is my happiness,” at the academy premises in Juffair.
It was presented by President of the Academy Dr Nabil Taha and associate professor Dr. Batool Asiri, and attended by a group of employees of the Bahrain Olympic Committee.
The workshop was in line with the directives of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports chairman and BOC president, to strengthen the psychological aspects of the staff that influent their performance and motivation at work.
The instructors reviewed the ‘basket of happiness’ and its components through a number of practical exercises that included meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises to transmit positive energy within the employees.
